I’ve gone to this location twice now and I’ll keep coming back for literally the best service. I’d give them 10/5 stars if i could. Beto and John (awesome dudes!!) they helped me out today, they were so friendly. They explained everything they were doing and were able to get me in and out of the shop quick. Beto’s very reliable and communicative and definitely earned my trust with taking care of my car. This is my new go-to spot now incase i need anything serviced in the future. Thanks again for the help!

Beto was amazing!! Fixed my tire alignment in 1 hour. He also explained other little issues my car had. Definitely would come back for their services.

Beto is great! As am sure the rest of the team as well, but he has helped me with my car several times, always with a good attitude and explaining everything on point. Extremely grateful 🙏

Came here on 4th of July, Beto at the front counter was awesome! Super knowledgeable. Great service. I’ll be a returning customer forsure. Not pushy sales, and great prices. It’s always hard to trust auto shops but it’s great to find a place you can trust.

Beto gave us EXCEPTIONAL service! He helped me with a little car issue we were having. We’re were in & out in less than 30 minutes. We insisted on tipping him, but he wouldn’t accept it. I was BLOWN AWAY by his service & knowledge. I arrived to Pep Boys feeling stressed and helpless & left feeling confident that I was going to be able to get me and my daughter home SAFELY! As a single mom, I am always worried that people will take advantage of my lack of auto repair knowledge & I will be overcharged, but this was NOT the case here. I was given EXCEPTIONAL service by Beto & I definitely recommend single moms and anyone else to come here to Pep Boys and ask for Beto! :)
